Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing and Advertising Manager plays a key role in the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing initiatives designed to promote programs, services, events, and products, ultimately driving business growth and organizational success. This position requires a collaborative approach, working cross-functionally both within the organization and with community stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and the achievement of marketing objectives.
