About The Position

The Analytics Specialist role is integral to our cross-functional analytics team, collaborating closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and Marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), meticulously measure performance, and deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders. In addition to these responsibilities, the Analytics Specialist will take a proactive role in automating reporting processes, leveraging technological solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline data workflows. This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in analytics while contributing significantly to the organization's data-driven initiatives. Strong analytical skills, coupled with effective communication, are paramount as the Analytics Specialist distills complex data into insights that drive informed decision-making. Exceptional attention to detail ensures the accuracy and reliability of the insights provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in business analytics, accounting, economics, or related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with data reporting and insights.
  • Experience in Analytics, Consulting, Marketing, Product, or Strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build complex data visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools (Power BI) to present insights effectively.
  • Create or enhance executive, CMO and practitioner dashboards, comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Work with 6sense to provide segmentation support to the marketing management and digital marketing teams, enabling top-performing programs.
  • Provide ad-hoc data preparation and analysis to provide deeper insights and learnings in performance questions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by establishing data governance processes, including data cleansing, validation, and documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally to gain alignment for maintenance and improvement of data sourced systems.
  • Monitor data pipelines and systems to identify and address potential data issues.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders, providing recommendations based on analysis.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and present data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to understand their reporting needs.
