The Marketing Analytics Manager at CME Group is a senior-level role focused on leading the marketing analytics practice to enhance user experiences and drive business growth through data-driven insights.   • Mentor and develop the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Measure and report on the full-funnel performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Integrate analytics and qualitative research insights into marketing operations systematically.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to enhance data literacy and optimize campaign efforts.
  • Oversee the creation and management of analytics dashboards and reporting processes.
  • Manage relationships with external analytics technology vendors and media agencies.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and recommend new tools to improve output.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or performance media.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-channel digital journeys and measurement techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and ad agency project methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise tools like Workfront and leading digital marketing technologies such as Adobe Marketing Suite, Google Ads, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Tableau and Looker for data visualization.
  • Familiarity with GA4 for analytics tracking.
