About The Position

The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a critical role in driving data-backed insights, reporting, and analytical capabilities across our North American portfolio. This position partners closely with property stakeholders and the Center of Excellence (COE) to turn complex data into clear, actionable stories that influence marketing strategy, optimize spend, and improve customer outcomes. This role is ideal for an analytical thought leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about using data to guide smarter business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced SQL and PowerBI skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to turn data into actionable stories
  • Proven ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in casino, gaming, or hospitality marketing environments preferred but not required
  • Comfortable supporting or influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with change management concepts and implementation

Responsibilities

  • Drive advanced analytics, insights, and reporting to support marketing programs and customer initiatives across multiple properties
  • Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and clearly communicate findings to non-technical audiences
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior, campaign performance, A/B testing, and marketing effectiveness
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations that improve allocation of marketing dollars and prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Continually evolve analytical tools, methodologies, and capabilities to support the analytics roadmap
  • Support the Director of Analytics by helping communicate insights and recommended approaches to senior leadership
  • Anticipate future customer and business needs through proactive analysis and critical thinking
  • Serve as a key liaison between analytics, marketing, and information management teams
