About The Position

As our Sr. Marketing Analytics Consultant, you will integrate and manage marketing data across platforms such as Segment, Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy for enhanced decision-making. You will leverage BigQuery and Looker (or equivalent BI tools) to perform advanced analytics, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and improve campaign performance. Additionally, you will use your SQL skills and knowledge of Python and R. You will utilize GA to track and analyze web traffic and user behavior, measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimizing customer journeys leveraging all GTM and product systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns, utilizing insights from various data sources to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. Continually refine data processes and analytics methodologies, staying updated with industry trends, and implement best practices to boost marketing ROI and overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing analytics experience with SQL, Marketo, Google Analytics (GA), SFDC, and BigQuery.
  • Experience with marketing automation integrations and setting up relevant fields for measurement.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, GA, SFDC marketing automation, BigQuery, Looker.
  • Experience with campaign performance, lead to cash, web traffic analytics, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience working across Sales and Finance teams.
