About The Position
The Marketing Analytics team empowers the business with insights that drive customer growth and marketing efficiency. We support key decisions by interpreting performance data, building flexible reports, and identifying opportunities across channels and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, analytically inclined, and enjoys solving problems. While you don't need deep technical expertise to start, you should be comfortable working with data, willing to ask questions, and ready to collaborate directly with business partners to help them make better, data-informed decisions. We're looking for a team member who brings strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a desire to understand the 'why' behind the numbers.
