The Marketing Analyst/Coordinator 2 is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning for in-person events, tradeshows, webinars, and virtual events for the Mobile B2B team. This includes pre-event planning, day-of-event activities and execution, and post-event wrap-up/reporting. The role requires managing events of varying size and complexity, including budgeting, vendor contracts, event logistics, and vendor invoicing. The position also involves building strong working relationships with other divisions to identify areas of collaboration and providing post-event support, including attendance reports and lessons learned. Additionally, the coordinator will complete reporting dashboards to measure and report on the success of marketing team members’ projects and work to create and improve processes for executing and supporting events.
