About The Position

Visa Commercial Solutions is seeking a motivated and curious Analyst to support the growth of Visa Commercial Solutions B2B Marketing in North America. This role is ideal for someone excited to learn how high‑performing marketing teams operate and eager to build hands‑on experience in commercial payments, data analysis, and B2B marketing strategy. As an Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to help execute marketing initiatives, support account‑based marketing (ABM) efforts, and contribute to projects that strengthen Visa’s position in the commercial payments ecosystem. You’ll have the opportunity to develop foundational analytical, operational, and communication skills while learning how Visa delivers innovative marketing programs for business clients across the region.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience.
  • Highly curious, proactive, and excited to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, tools, and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercialization efforts for Visa’s Small Business Segment through campaigns, sales enablement and events focused on this segment.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing market, client, and performance data to inform go‑to‑market strategies for existing small business accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of client case studies through research, interviews, content organization, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support ABM initiatives that deepen engagement with current small business clients, maintaining insights and preparing materials that showcase Visa’s value.
  • Help execute small business–focused events and touchpoints, ensuring materials, communications, and logistics support ongoing commercialization and adoption.
  • Manage and track marketing assets specific to the Small Business Segment, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment.
  • Assist in summarizing program results and performance metrics for segment reporting, providing insights to shape future commercialization efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, analytics, and creative teams to support the delivery of targeted small business marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized documentation, dashboards, and segment intelligence to support continuous improvement and team efficiency.
