The director will also confirm insurance benefit coverage, coordinate support services, maintain a comprehensive understanding of facility services, oversee bed assignments, and maintain accurate records of bed availability. The position requires creating a warm and positive atmosphere, completing the resident intake process, and maintaining confidentiality of resident care information. Additionally, the director will assist in planning outreach events and update job knowledge through educational opportunities.
