About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support marketing efforts across our veterinary hospital network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, animal-loving environment and has a passion for both creative design and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be skilled in visual content creation, highly organized, with a results driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging materials using Canva, including social media graphics, clinic signage, appointment reminders, brochures, and internal communication pieces.
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across all hospital locations and client-facing materials.
  • Create branded presentations and training materials for hospital team meetings, client education, and operational initiatives.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs such as client engagement, social media performance, event attendance, and promotional ROI.
  • Assist with data collection to support marketing strategy and business growth goals.
  • Assist in coordinating hospital participation in local pet fairs, open houses, and community outreach programs.
  • Develop event materials and support on-site execution as needed with a focus on client experience and brand visibility.
  • Support organic social media efforts by creating and scheduling engaging posts, especially around pet health, clinic updates, team spotlights, and client testimonials.
  • Develop and edit short-form video content to highlight services, events, and behind-the-scenes moments with staff and pets.
  • Act as a bridge between the marketing team and hospital operations, providing marketing consultation and tools to support client communications, reputation management, and service promotions.
  • Assist in aligning marketing campaigns with seasonal promotions, new service rollouts, or client education initiatives.
  • Ability to flex with the administrative needs of the SynergyVet leadership team.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of marketing, design, or administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with content management systems and QR code generators.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects across hospital locations.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) and comfort working with video content.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in animals, client experience, and community involvement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with veterinary practice management software or familiarity with veterinary workflows.
