Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing Activation for the Americas and serving as an integral member of the regional leadership team, the Marketing Activation Manager, Americas will create and implement marketing strategies that are tailored to the Americas markets (US + Canada) and reflective of all brands (Interface, nora and FLOR). The Marketing Activation Manager, Americas role is responsible for developing and executing segmentation strategies to effectively target priority customer segments and creating segment-specific sales tools to drive revenue growth for the Americas sales team. Segments of focus at the time of hire will be healthcare, biopharma/life sciences and aviation. This role will be accountable for the full scope of the marketing plan and associated projects for any assigned market segments, including regional paid and earned media, digital marketing strategy, strategic partnerships, thought leadership, tradeshows and events, market insights and applicable training. This individual is also responsible for management of associated budgets, project management and collaboration with all Global Marketing functions in the interest of alignment, efficiency and brand continuity globally.
