About The Position

We’re looking for a client-facing, strategically minded Marketing Account Manager with a passion for multimedia and a strong foundation in B2B SaaS marketing. This is a client-facing role, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams for your accounts in order to lead integrated, multimedia-driven marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing creative processes across video production, motion graphics, interactive content, and visual design — ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives and brand standards. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional internal teams (designers, video editors, content strategists, and developers) to translate complex B2B messaging into compelling, high-performing multimedia content. As a trusted advisor, you’ll also guide clients through best practices in visual storytelling, content planning, and creative execution — helping them evolve their brand presence and effectively communicate their value in competitive markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multimedia campaigns and creative production processes in an agency or consulting environment. You’re confident presenting creative concepts, navigating feedback loops, and providing strategic direction — all while maintaining positive, productive client relationships. You understand the nuances of B2B SaaS marketing and bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative insight, and project management expertise to every engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in creative project management, multimedia production, and/or account management in a B2B or agency setting.
  • Extensive experience managing creative projects from end-to-end, including video production, digital assets for social media, and website development.
  • Strong client services and management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with modern project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira,) and experience with agile methodologies.
  • A strong portfolio of video, design, and multimedia work, especially for enterprise tech or SaaS clients.
  • Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video production tools.
  • Ability to interpret performance data (e.g., video views, engagement rates, website traffic) and a basic understanding of SEO to inform and optimize creative strategy.
  • A strong understanding of how visual design and multimedia support the full marketing funnel.
  • Skilled in communicating visual ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
  • Experience in presenting to and managing relationships with enterprise clients or executive stakeholders.
  • Available to work remotely during standard North American Eastern business hours.
  • Worked in an agency and environment with competing priorities and frequent change - change is not uncomfortable, and you have the skills to adapt and react as needed.
  • Openness to receiving feedback and applying it for performance and process improvement.
  • An ability to identify and understand big-picture ideas as well as granular details.
  • Creativity and curiosity to generate new solutions to existing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients to understand their business, brand, objectives, and challenges, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Serve as a creative leader for both clients and internal teams.
  • Guide clients on how to effectively use multimedia and design solutions to achieve marketing and business goals.
  • Lead client meetings, connect design decisions to business objectives, and translate client ideas into clear creative strategies.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional creative teams effectively through clear communication, project forecasting, and being a resourceful problem-solver.
  • Create client marketing roadmaps and identify upsell opportunities for additional creative services.
  • Support in analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing creative content.
  • Guide the creation, development, and execution of multimedia projects, including graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and website design.
  • Act as a thought partner for clients on design and video projects, consulting live on calls on how to create exceptional multimedia projects.
  • Manage and oversee the creative execution of project deliverables and ensure high standards.
  • Manage production timelines, storyboarding, scripting, and post-production processes.
  • Develop clear, actionable creative briefs and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
  • Track and report on creative success metrics to inform future recommendations.
  • Advise clients on using visual media within platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Champion the continuous refinement of creative workflows and communication processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct resource planning and forecasting for the Creative team and contractors.
  • Drive client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for new service offerings, contract expansions, and renewals.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project scopes for client accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creative projects.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to account management processes to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.
