We’re looking for a client-facing, strategically minded Marketing Account Manager with a passion for multimedia and a strong foundation in B2B SaaS marketing. This is a client-facing role, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams for your accounts in order to lead integrated, multimedia-driven marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing creative processes across video production, motion graphics, interactive content, and visual design — ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives and brand standards. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional internal teams (designers, video editors, content strategists, and developers) to translate complex B2B messaging into compelling, high-performing multimedia content. As a trusted advisor, you’ll also guide clients through best practices in visual storytelling, content planning, and creative execution — helping them evolve their brand presence and effectively communicate their value in competitive markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multimedia campaigns and creative production processes in an agency or consulting environment. You’re confident presenting creative concepts, navigating feedback loops, and providing strategic direction — all while maintaining positive, productive client relationships. You understand the nuances of B2B SaaS marketing and bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative insight, and project management expertise to every engagement.
