Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Marketer to grow admissions by building strong referral relationships within the healthcare and recovery community. The ideal candidate has an established network with hospitals, therapists, case managers, detox centers, and community organizations and a passion for helping individuals access quality addiction treatment.

Requirements

Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment marketing, or healthcare outreach
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Existing referral network strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and manage referral relationships with hospitals, therapists, social workers, detox programs, and community partners
Promote our substance abuse treatment programs and services in the community
Conduct outreach visits, networking events, and professional presentations
Generate and track referrals to support admissions growth
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth patient placement
