About The Position
The Market Visual Manager (MVM) is responsible for executing the brand's visual strategy to create a unique and dynamic customer experience that supports stylists, drives sales, and aligns with Evereve style aesthetic. The MVM reports to a Regional Visual Manager and works collaboratively with Regional Directors, Store management teams, and visual support teams. Please note travel is required in this role. The MVM is responsible for training management teams and support teams (PTMs and Stylists) of each store in their area. Training will be focused on the development of visual merchandising skills, visual consistency, translations of floor sets, customer journey (mapping), fixture blocking, and storytelling. Through this support and training, each store will be able to implement and maintain the aesthetics of the brand while understanding how merchandising initiatives can assist in hitting their monthly and yearly sales goals.
