About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on, people-first leader with strong operational acumen and a high degree of flexibility to serve as a Market Support Manager. In this role, you'll be assigned a regional territory and be embedded on-site at various DashMart locations to support high-priority initiatives, stabilize operations, and provide interim leadership as needed. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves to lead teams, and enjoys solving problems on the ground.

Requirements

  • You are mobile and flexible - ready to travel extensively and stay on-site in varying locations for extended periods based on business needs.
  • You're an experienced leader, having managed diverse hourly and salaried teams of 15+ employees in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • You think from first principles and approach challenges with curiosity and creativity.
  • You thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments, especially when working independently to drive impact.
  • You are data-driven, with strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or similar tools to drive decisions.
  • You take ownership - treating every site you support like it's your own.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in Leadership, Operations, Consulting, Logistics, Strategy, or a related field.

  • Have launched new business units or scaled operations from zero to one.
  • Bring warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment center experience.
  • Are skilled in change management and team building across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead On-Site: Travel frequently within a designated geographic area covering multiple states and serve as an on-the-ground leader at newly launched DashMart sites and sites undergoing complex changes in operations or leadership.
  • Stabilize and Scale: Step in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges. Implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks.
  • Own Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site operations while deployed, ensuring sites run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Monitor P&L performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Support Growth and Change: Partner with regional and central teams to support growth initiatives, regional training programs, special projects, market expansion efforts, and share insights on key learnings from coverage assignments.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Use data and insights to design and execute improvements to workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices.
