  • Shape the Future of our Global Brands Aquence, Loctite and Technomelt: Dive into real-world market analysis and directly contribute to the strategic direction of Henkel's iconic adhesive brands, impacting consumers worldwide.
  • Conduct In-depth Market Research & Analysis: Perform comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging technologies within various B2B packaging adhesive markets (e.g., paper, flexible packaging, specialty tapes & labels, metal packaging). Analyze data to identify key opportunities and challenges.
  • Support Strategic Project Development: Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, such as market entry strategies, new product ideations, or portfolio optimization projects. This may involve preparing presentations, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitive landscapes, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning of key competitors. Provide insights to inform Henkel's strategic responses.
  • Develop Data-Driven Recommendations: Synthesize findings from market research and analysis into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for various business units. Present these findings clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on Business Case Development: Support the creation of robust business cases for new market opportunities or strategic investments, including financial projections and risk assessments.
  • Gain Hands-On Experience & Mentorship: Work alongside experienced professionals, develop critical market strategy skills, and receive valuable guidance in a dynamic, innovative environment.
  • A current senior student pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent data organization and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
