Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service. Performance standard: High guest satisfaction with minimal complaints. Stocking & Store Maintenance Keep market and storage areas clean, organized, and well stocked. Stock items from back stock and incoming inventory; front, face, clean, and dust shelves. Check all shelf stock for out‑of‑date codes, spoilage, and uniformity. Maintain cleanliness of back office and storage area. Support for Management Assist management with training of new employees and with special assignments as needed. Performance standard: Assist willingly and consistently. Opening & Closing Duties Opening tasks: Stock coffee station, place floor mats, check key inventory items with supervisor, and begin daily shift checklist. Closing tasks: Clean coffee station, back office, and storeroom; remove mats; sweep and mop; restock workstation items; turn off lights; complete daily shift checklist. Compliance & Operations Follow all safety rules and attend required safety meetings. Use time clock correctly; arrive on time and in uniform; ensure overtime is pre‑approved.
