Dewberry Architects Inc. is seeking an energetic Healthcare Architect to join our Tulsa, Oklahoma office as a Market Segment Leader to promote market growth in the region. Candidates should be team-oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an opportunity to advance your career by leading our healthcare program for the Tulsa Office. Our design focuses on supporting a healthy community by aiding and enhancing the goals of the staff on behalf of patients seeking services. The successful candidate for this position must be a self-starter, experienced in designing and executing team strategies to grow market share while maintaining core client relationships. This person should have the ability to lead a team, relate to clients' needs and pursue future projects. A desire and ability to understand project objectives and to lead teams in fulfilling client needs will allow the candidate to maintain direct project engagement as a healthcare architect. Most importantly the candidate shall have a passion for healthcare to make the buildings and their communities a better place for the clients, the hospitals, and patients and staff within them.

  • Foster strong partnerships with clients and strategic partners within the healthcare market.
  • Coordinate with the Health & Wellness Market Segment Leader in tailoring national priorities to local opportunities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and Dewberry's architecture team to create innovative and functional projects.
  • Own key client relationships and work closely with regional leadership to expand the program.
  • Participate in project delivery.
  • 15+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Licensed architect in the state of OK.
  • Ability to cultivate client relationships and project opportunities.
  • Confident and effective interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Responsible for developing project fees; managing project budgets; and reviewing client/consultant invoices, agreements, and contracts.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
