About The Position

This position is responsible for promoting MACOM’s entire product portfolio into the Space/SATCOM market, and supporting other markets as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. MSEE and/or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers on new opportunities that align with MACOM Business objectives
  • Cross-functional role Interfacing with MACOM’s Engineering, Product Marketing and Sales teams to support customers
  • Develop market and application collateral for the field sales team
  • Requires a broad and comprehensive technical understanding of Space/SatCom market requirements and MACOM product portfolio capabilities
  • Provides inputs to MACOM BUs on product development priorities and roadmaps for the Space/SatCom market
  • Lead active interaction with major customers, reviewing technical requirements with MACOM Business Units.
  • Develop new customers and emerging sub-markets within the Space/SATCOM market.
