About The Position

Responsible for managing, directing and controlling all operations and sales functions for multiple shops and sales territories. Provide leadership to Store Managers and outside sales team to drive an increase in sales, organic growth, and margin and manage expense control.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associates Degree required in business administration, marketing, operations management or similar.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, operations management or similar.
  • 10-15 years in the automotive service industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the region.
  • Oversee Store Managers in assigned territory, setting targets, providing guidance, and ensuring they are motivated to meet their goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track performance against targets, and forecast future sales trends.
  • Train and coach Store Managers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Director of Store Sales, as well as other functions, such as marketing, product, training, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts and company objectives.
  • Address any issues faced by the Store Managers related to Sales and customer concerns.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
