Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have Food Handler’s Card.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

- Available to work required schedule which may include weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
- Strong English communication skills required to interact with guests, team members, and vendors.
- Stand for up to 8 hours.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, food service or barista experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling experiences preferred.
Responsibilities
- Smoothie Bar: Prepares a range of beverage orders for customers while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in designated work areas and helps keep the smoothie bar tidy.
- Restocks supplies at the smoothie bar as necessary.
- Cashier Operations: Follow cash handling and register policies.
- Ensure guests receive the correct change after each transaction.
- Keep copies of all receipts to balance the register at the end of your shift.
- Stocking, Merchandising & Inventory Control: Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, fronted, rotated, and maintained according to company and industry standards.
- Checking and removing expired or damaged products
- Packing and Handling: Harvest production packing involves urgent handling when needed, including visual inspections for quality and reporting any issues.
- Produce is sorted according to customer orders or standards, with damaged items removed for quality control.
- The sorted produce is then packed into designated containers, ensuring proper protection during transport, and labeled for accurate delivery.
- Events: Attend local farmers market, charity/special gatherings, parties, etc.
