POSITION: Market Research Senior Analyst LOCATION: Arlington, VA (Onsite) STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire WORK HOURS: NOT REMOTE (Onsite only)

Requirements

Education: Bachelors’ degree in Data Analytics or related discipline
Experience: 7+ years of data analysis
Must haves: Experience supervising program’s analysis activities
Citizenship and Clearance: US. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance and or ability to obtain one
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
Skills: Superior knowledge of analytic methodologies and statistical methods.
Proficiency with SharePoint, TEAMS.
Above average proficiency in other Microsoft Office products; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong documentation and technical reporting skills, strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and ability to lead a team.

Client Familiarity: Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps
Tools Familiarity: Types, and applications of Analytic Methodologies

Responsibilities

Implements data standards and deploys automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics.
Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity.
Utilizes scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.
