Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in social sciences, business, or statistics
• 2+ years of market research or market analytics experience or graduate degree
• Demonstrated skill in data visualization tools such as Qualtrics or Tableau
• Fundamental understanding of data analysis tools such as Python or SQL
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and approach tasks with a Customer-centric mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand and measure customer insights, trends, and experiences
• Visualize market findings in a way that resonates with and are intuitive for non-technical audiences
• Articulate data-driven recommendations that optimize Frost products and improve customer experience
• Communicate across all levels of the organization to advocate for impactful enhancements of Frost products and services
