Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $88,221.00 - $132,331.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for executing full research and analytical activities with moderate supervision. This role collects, analyzes, and interprets Member and market data to produce insights that guide operational and tactical business decisions. Develops research plans, performs more complex analyses, and recommends actionable opportunities based on findings. Partners with business units and third-party vendors, improves analytical methods, and strengthens the organization's understanding of Member behavior and competitive dynamics. Independently design and execute research activities, including data collection, validation, advanced preparation, and analysis. Build, modify, and automate SQL queries and BI reports to support marketing campaigns, forecasting, segmentation, and Member trend analysis. Conduct diagnostic analysis to explain drivers of Member behaviors, market shifts, product performance, and campaign outcomes. Present findings and insights to business unit stakeholders with clear recommendations for action. Contribute to research plan development, survey design, brand awareness strategies, and analytical frameworks. Review external research vendor deliverables, monitor data quality, and coordinate project tasks as needed. Maintain research documentation, metadata, and analytic workflows to support consistency and scalability. Identify opportunities to enhance analytical tools, methods, queries, and data sources. Provide informal guidance or subject matter support to analysts on analytical techniques and reporting. Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • 3-5 years of prior functional experience required
  • Knowledge of research and market research techniques
  • Detail-oriented team player who is comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at a variety of levels throughout the organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytics and ability to deliver presentations to teammembers
