Ready to shape pricing strategies that directly influence revenue and growth?We’re searching for a Market Pricing Manager who will own pricing strategy within assigned markets—designing, implementing, and optimizing pricing infrastructure to support strong financial performance. In this role, you’ll lead a team of high-performing Pricing Analysts while partnering closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to drive market success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of pricing, supply chain, or related experience—ideally within distribution or a similar market.
  • Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing and empowering others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Pricing Team
  • Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Pricing Analysts while fostering engagement and continuous learning.
  • Drive performance and develop analytical, problem‑solving, and financial skillsets aligned to organizational goals.
  • Create Market-Driven Pricing Strategies
  • Translate pricing and gross margin targets into actionable recommendations across customer and product segments.
  • Leverage competitive insights, market analytics, and consumption trend data to inform strategic pricing decisions.
  • Manage the Quotation Process
  • Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize workload and ensure timely, high‑quality quote execution.
  • Balance speed and accuracy while maximizing margin and revenue outcomes.
  • Influence Market Growth
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and capture profitable market share opportunities.
  • Forecast and evaluate results before and after pricing or product launches—adjusting strategies to accelerate performance.
  • Be the Pricing Subject-Matter Expert
  • Serve as the primary resource for pricing inquiries from Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Contracts & Compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and insights on pricing structures and competitive dynamics.
