Responsibilities Join Genesis as a Market President where you will be responsible within a defined territory, to lead, guide and direct the efficient and profitable operation of nursing centers and the delivery of quality care.

Requirements

Must possess a four year college degree, preferably with an emphasis in Health Administration.

Nice To Haves

Nursing Home Administrator licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review monthly financial statements with the Nursing Home Administrators and Senior Vice President to identify variances, concerns, explanations and solutions.
Recruits, orients and manages Nursing Home Administrators.
Monitor census and marketing efforts.
Conduct on-site visits to nursing centers in order to monitor physical plant, attend meetings and review issues concerning financial, personnel and overall operations
Assess the operating and capital budgets and monitor their compliance with budgets.
