About The Position
Market Presidents (MPs) are the business leads in their market(s). They act as a link between the field and Aledade Centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations. MPs partner with Regional and Senior Medical Directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide the business case and direction for field team practice interactions. Market Presidents display a strong 'company first' mentality, lending perspective, thought leadership and collaboration to help Aledade innovate, improve and scale across departments. They also have active involvement in Market Leadership Meetings/Retreats, Strategy & Priority Meetings and Key Results.
