About The Position
The Global Head of Market Operations Tech (MOT) production management role will oversee a large groups of employee and contractor resources in locations across the globe. The head of MOT Production Management will play a crucial role in the organization's simplification efforts and will work closely with technology, business, and operations heads to support the Markets business goals and objectives. The role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of Markets Production Management. We are seeking a high motivated leader to oversee a fast evolving Operations technology platform to support a growing markets business. The position will be leading a team of application support engineers responsible for improving the safety and soundness of Markets back-office systems including Cash products, OTC Derivatives, FX Settlement, and Margin. You will partner closely with the business and product managers to deliver a world class Production Support team.
