MEMX is searching for a Market Operations Analyst to join our US Team. The primary focus of this role is customer service, being the first point of contact for exchange members, ensuring timely responses and ticket logging for all interactions. Other responsibilities include the monitoring and troubleshooting of the exchange. The team identifies and mitigates operational risks and attends to members' requests. Clear and consistent communication across many different internal and external departments will be necessary. The shift time for this role will be 1 PM to 10 PM ET. In your first few months you will be working the standard Monday to Friday shift. In the coming months, the team’s goal is to move your shift to Saturday through Wednesday after you are fully ramped. This position will also be working U.S. holidays. MEMX currently has a U.S. presence in these states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, & Utah.
