About The Position

As a Market Managing Director within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX, and manage an experienced team across the Dallas and Houston markets. This team comprises sales, client service, and investment professionals responsible for PNC’s OCIO, 401(k), Custody, and proprietary fixed income solutions. Your core responsibilities include owning the market’s business plan, P&L, AUM/AUA growth, and client retention. You will actively engage in new business development and client service/retention activities. The role also involves serving as the public face of PNC Institutional Asset Management in the community and collaborating internally with other key PNC leaders and executives. PNC operates as an in-office company, fostering a supportive culture. Please note that PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

  • Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • University / college degree (Bachelor's degree).
  • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct team(s) to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
