Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in retail banking, sales, or financial services.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving results.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and increase revenue.
Conduct outbound calling to local businesses to identify new opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver tailored financial solutions to commercial clients.
Oversee daily operations of one or more branches within the market.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and staff to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Represent the bank at local events, business forums, and community initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations.
Promote financial literacy and inclusion through outreach programs and educational workshops.
