About The Position

YOUR OPPORTUNITY As a Market Manager, you will guide a team of Bacardi Account Managers (BAMs) in your market to deliver sales goals and objectives within key customer accounts with excellence and celebrating the team’s achievements, big or small. As a Market Manager you will gain exposure to different elements of the sales and marketing organization in order to develop and execute customer strategies and business plans. You will also maintain an account list of top influential accounts in your market and deliver KPI goals. You will be based in East Bay, CA. ABOUT YOU You are an inspiring leader and owner of your market putting the customer and consumer at the heart of everything you do in order to achieve sales goals and objectives leaving a long-lasting impact. You are an important day-to-day face of Bacardi towards the distributors, customers, and agency partners (ambassadors or event staff) in your dedicated territory and will act as the key contact for those customers, driving new business and maintaining sustainable long lasting relationships.
