Collaboration with the Marketing team is essential to ensure promotions and new product introductions are fully implemented, and feedback is provided to category managers regarding stock issues. The role also involves partnering with vendors to ensure product availability and timely execution of monthly promotions while ensuring vendor performance is professional. Ensuring store operations are profitable by managing cash and merchandise variation, salaries, and other controllable expense lines on the P&L is crucial. Compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations is enforced, along with maintaining a safe and secure working environment. The position requires achieving financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances. Leadership and direction are provided to store managers, including assistance in recruiting, selection, and orientation processes, as well as employee development and training programs. The role adheres to the Company Operating Policy of Legal, Ethical, and Moral practices and enhances professional knowledge through educational workshops and networking.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of retail business experience or more preferred, including minimum of two years of management responsibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, self-directed, self-motivated, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in the use of store equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Expertise with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred.
  • A current valid driver's license is required to operate a company vehicle.
