About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking a Market Manager to support the growth and performance of a hotel marketplace across assigned territories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of partner management, market expansion, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hotel partners, identifying new supply opportunities, and driving overall market performance. This includes developing acquisition strategies, optimizing partner relationships, and leveraging data insights to inform business decisions. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to ensure long-term market success. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner-facing roles
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and ongoing book of business
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Willingness to travel periodically within assigned markets

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or technology industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketplace or platform-based business models is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with hotel partners within your assigned territory
  • Drive supply growth by prospecting, onboarding, and activating high-quality hotel partners
  • Own a pipeline of leads and an active book of business, ensuring consistent performance against targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews and optimization calls to strengthen partner performance and engagement
  • Analyze market data and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
  • Develop and execute localized strategies to improve supply health across both established and emerging markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product, operations, legal, and customer support
  • Educate partners on product updates, tools, and best practices to maximize performance
  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends, product improvements, and competitive dynamics
  • Support scalable approaches to managing a high volume of partners (“long tail” accounts)
  • Travel within assigned territory as needed (approximately once per quarter)
