Innovate: Work with the Brown-Forman teams to communicate cutting-edge programs and execution plans to distributors and customers. Champion Brands: Develop and execute on-premise brand-building plans in collaboration with distributors in Illinois. Win at Point of Purchase: Champion the on-premise effort at the point of purchase, ensuring superior distributor execution of brand initiatives. Connect: Engage with and influence key external contacts, including distributor partners, retailers, consumers, and agencies. Planning & Analysis: Strategize: Lead on-premise teams to gather local market feedback for specific brand plans, setting clear objectives and priorities. Agility: Coordinate communication of plan adjustments based on market performance and success. Manage Budgets: Manage budget responsibilities to drive financial success. Distributor & Agency Management: Activate Programs: Develop and ensure the proper activation of all on-premise programs. Lead Initiatives: Oversee the execution of on-premise pull programming and all branded initiatives. Implement Plans: Execute the Brown-Forman business plan with the on-premise team, holding them accountable for results. Manage Agencies: Oversee third-party promotion agencies for on-premise, ensuring alignment with Brown-Forman business and brand plans.
