Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Product/Market Management, or Technical Sales in a B2B tech environment
  • Strong domain knowledge in Networks & Communications, Data Center Infrastructure, or adjacent markets
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks
  • Technical fluency and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a sharp eye for market opportunities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the Market : Develop deep expertise in the Networks & Communications space—anticipating trends, understanding customer pain points, and identifying growth levers
  • Drive Strategy : Define and execute a market strategy that expands revenue and market share, in close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
  • Analyze & Act : Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and key accounts to inform positioning and strategic decisions
  • Lead Business Planning : Own the business plan and market-specific budget for your segment
  • Shape the Portfolio : Translate market needs into product requirements and influence roadmap priorities through the Time-to-Market process
  • Build Partnerships : Identify and develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities
  • Activate the Market : Plan and lead presence at key trade shows, industry forums, and associations to elevate Swissbit’s visibility and influence
