The Market Manager- Clinic Operations is responsible for all aspects of outreach network operations, including management of daily activities, growth, lease oversight, and process optimization. The role also involves process improvement projects within the Heart Institute, serving as an operational liaison with the Finance and Billing Departments on revenue cycle optimization, and providing administrative leadership for hospital-based programs and non-clinical services. This position coordinates/assists the management team in strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, marketing, business development, quality improvement and utilization review, physician recruitment, and information systems management. The Market Manager – Clinic Operations also serves as a liaison between the Health System and various vendors for establishing and managing products, services, and external relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • At least 1 year of clinic leadership experience required

Responsibilities
