About The Position

The Franke company is a leading supplier of products and services for domestic kitchens, professional foodservice systems, and convenience store sectors. The Franke Foodservice Systems division focuses on providing kitchen facilities, equipment, and supplies solutions. The role involves providing complete customer support within assigned regions, ensuring customer satisfaction related to equipment and remodel requirements, and managing projects effectively.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Knowledge of design techniques and principles for technical plans and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of engineering science and technology applications.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and methods.
  • Knowledge of transportation principles and methods for moving goods.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions.
  • Intermediate language skills for reading, writing, and speaking effectively.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills for calculations and applying algebra and geometry concepts.
  • High reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
  • General knowledge of various software including word processing, spreadsheets, design, and project management.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of five years prior related work experience calling on or working with global QSR customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information resource conduit regarding project or roll-out development to all areas of direct customer base (Regional, Corporate, and Owner/Operator).
  • Maintain constant awareness of new foodservice equipment developments and communicate with customers regarding new releases and obsolescence.
  • Review monthly forecasting and project management planning to help achieve company sales targets.
  • Assist in coordination of communication between various internal departments including Sales, Product Management, and Logistics.
  • Extensive travel within the Market Manager's territory (>40%) and occasional travel to Franke US HQ in Smyrna, TN.
  • Maintain and build business growth with current account base and grow market share.
  • Understand and effectively communicate company value proposition to clients.
  • Work effectively with Technical Service / Engineering team to deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and build a network for growth.
  • Manage projects to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines from Quotation to Accounts Payable.
  • Resolve on-site customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
