About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of a detailed strategy for its Market Maker Services offering. This position will formulate a tiered service model tailored to client segments within the market maker category. Acting as a strategic liaison, the role will bridge internal stakeholders and clients to drive excellence in service delivery. The role will also ensure that post-trade processes and data governance align with regulatory standards and operational best practices. Serving as the senior point of escalation for market makers, the position will provide relationship insights and support issue resolution at the highest level. Through deep engagement with clients and platform infrastructure, the director will define development strategy and prioritization to optimize client outcomes and business efficiency. This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
