A McDonald's company Primary Maintenance Team Member plays a key role in satisfying our customers. A Market Maintenance Support team member is a self-driven, disciplined person that can perform job assignments without supervision. You play a crucial part to ensure the restaurants maintain gold standard equipment. Due to the nature of some maintenance tasks, such as machine operation and work on roofs, employees on the maintenance team must be 18 years or older. Requirements

6 months or more of maintenance experience
Must be able to follow Verbal & Written instructions
Good verbal and written communication
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
Capable of Kneeling, Bending, Reaching, and Twisting
Ability to adapt to dynamic work schedules and flexible shifts
Reliable Transportation
Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance

Nice To Haves

McDonalds maintenance experience
Technical and mechanical knowledge
Bilingual preferred- English/Spanish

Responsibilities

Small Equipment Repairs
Maintain & Clean Shake machines
Change HVAC filters, Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
Clean Play Places
Maintaining outside grounds
Miscellaneous Repairs based on training level (Example: tile repairs, grout work)
Other Tasks assigned by Supervisor
