About The Position

The Market Liaison at Life Tech is a full-time role focused on promoting durable medical equipment products and respiratory services to referral sources in a designated regional territory. This position involves engaging with various healthcare professionals and organizations to drive business growth and enhance the company's public image. The Market Liaison will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing referral sources while also pursuing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate/bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred.
  • RCP/RRT certification preferred.
  • Established relationships within the healthcare community.
  • Five years of experience in DME or home health industry, with a focus on DME sales and marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of third-party payer policies.
  • Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills including word processing and efficient use of the internet and email.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in respiratory care or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company and its products/services to referral sources.
  • Engage with hospital systems, case managers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop new business relationships and maximize referral potential.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance public image.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities using CRM software.
  • Monitor competition and gather marketplace information.
  • Manage respiratory product categories and ensure compliance with documentation and billing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and report patient outcomes.
  • Participate in educational seminars and professional societies for knowledge enhancement.
  • Complete documentation for engagement activities using Salesforce.com.
