About The Position

DWS Group is seeking a Market Leader for the U.S. Wealth division. This role involves developing and maintaining business relationships with financial advisor professionals, distributing investment solutions, and leveraging internal resources to achieve sales targets. The position is integral to promoting DWS's Active, Passive, and Alternatives strategies across intermediary Wealth channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DWS's investment products and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• License(s) required: Series 7/63.

• CIMA, CFA or other industry designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with financial advisor professionals in the sales territory.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of DWS's wide range of investment products and global investment views.
• Distribute active, passive, and alternative solutions to DWS's most important clients.
• Manage and leverage relationships to gain access and referrals within each target team.
• Work with all resources of DWS including ETF Specialists, Alternative Specialists, Key Account Managers, and Product Specialists to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver the DWS value proposition to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients.
