As a Market Leader, you will be a strategic and seasoned retail professional, naturally charismatic and capable of leading the overall performance and outbound marketing efforts of your local or regional market. You will manage and oversee the Lucid studio in a retail environment, guiding your team through training, coaching, motivating, goal setting, and sales performance. Your role will involve creating marketing and event opportunities that maximize Lucid's brand exposure and increase the number of Lucid owners. You will be measured by your ability to achieve targets and will be accountable for overall market operations, increasing brand awareness, driving optimal team performance, team development, and maintaining store operations. To succeed at Lucid, you must be results-driven, action-oriented, and hardworking, with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. You will demonstrate a business owner mindset, analyzing sales reports to identify trends and market opportunities, and developing plans to capitalize on them. Staying informed about market developments and executing effective marketing strategies will be key to your success in this role.
