About The Position
The Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP) at Bank of America is responsible for providing regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors, ensuring that ADP participants meet their performance hurdles. This role involves leading training and development activities to enhance Advisor Trainee productivity, reinforcing compliance and risk management, and supporting client acquisition efforts. The Market Leader will also coach and develop advisor trainees, manage relationships across the franchise, and support sales management in executing growth plans.
