About The Position

Requirements

• Current sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student studying Finance, Economics, Business Insurance, Business Management, Risk Management, Business Analytics, or a related program.
• Prior experience in a business setting.

• Excellent research skills with a profound curiosity to find insights.
• Ability to measure and evaluate data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Market Intelligence & Strategy Team in defining long-term competitive strategies.
• Conduct market intelligence research to inform product and service development.
• Assist in creating sales and communications campaigns.
• Contribute to projects analyzing competitive pressures and market trends.
• Help evaluate how Wellmark membership might change over time based on various factors.
• Support in-flight projects and presentations for senior leaders.
