About The Position

At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. We are looking to hire a market research analyst to drive product and service development roadmap, know the full audience of customers, measure and engage user experience and Return on Investment of products. This role works with the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) within Worldwide Amazon Stores to identify integrated solutions by defining clear research objectives. The person in this role will demonstrate organizational and research skills and continuous understanding of customers' changing needs. The market research champion will also design/present data in usable, accessible formats, write clear and crisp narratives, present recommendations and influence at the executive level.
