Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market developments.
  • Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from internal and external sources.
  • Support the preparation of market landscape reports, competitor profiles, and opportunity assessments.
  • Track regulatory, technological, and macroeconomic changes that may impact the business.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating databases or dashboards related to market intel.
  • Analyze customer, product, and commercial performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Build and update dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Conduct data cleaning, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the measurement and reporting of marketing KPIs, campaigns, and channel effectiveness.
  • Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
  • Prepare slide decks, visualizations, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Present findings in a structured and digestible format to marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Support quarterly and annual strategic planning exercises with data and insights.
  • Work closely with Strategic Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Support ad‑hoc research requests and analytical projects.
  • Contribute to workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
