The role requires in-depth fieldwork to understand market dynamics, the competitive environment, consumer preferences, and submarket perceptions. Coordination with the Market Research team for Del Webb Site Validation studies and collaboration with cross-functional teams (land acquisition, sales, finance, procurement, etc.) is essential. The position also involves communicating market dynamics to Division leadership and contributing to annual strategic planning, along with other duties as assigned.
