As the Market Insights & Analytics Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Patient Care Solutions leadership team, delivering actionable insights that shape business strategy and drive customer-centric innovation. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative market research, support forecasting efforts, and provide competitive intelligence to ensure a robust, evidence-based understanding of customer needs and market dynamics—including competitive landscape, pricing trends, and technology developments. You will collaborate closely across the organization, partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, Content & Engagement Strategy, Finance, and regional teams to ensure insights inform value propositions, pricing strategies, messaging, campaign development, and commercial decision-making. Success in this role requires building strong relationships across a dynamic business environment to support both short-term initiatives and ongoing cyclical activities. Additionally, you will oversee research budgets and manage key vendor partnerships to optimize the impact, efficiency, and scalability of insights across the business.
