About The Position

Capital One, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s top 10 banks, offers a broad spectrum of financial products and services. The Market Engagement Lead will join the Midwest team, deeply understanding challenges and opportunities in Midwest geographies and bringing that market intelligence to bear to ensure high-impact programs with demonstrable outcomes and with partners to advance socioeconomic mobility in the community while maximizing impact for Capital One’s reputation and business agenda.
